RPE - Rate of Perceived Effort.

This is a scale from 1 through 10 determining how much effort you are putting into something. RPE10 represents putting your maximum effort in whatever we do: training, business, life. It's a place of high risk, high reward. If this sounds appealing - then maybe RPE10 is for you.
